Turbo Blue Contingency Program   Each driver that signs up for the Turbo Blue Contingency Program will receive: One T-shirt One Drivers Patch Decals (must be placed on the upper rear quarter of the vehicle) One Hat During the 2001 Race Season, The Driver is responsible to: Remain a member in good standing with OCSC/WHRRI Obtain copies of all gas receipts (Turbo Blue locations) Keep track of his/her own race finishes and position on the form provided.
