Thanks for the feedback. You hit the nail on the head, for me. I'd rather run 1 set of tires all season and be a second slower than replace tires at halfway point--or after a couple race weekends.

What is the Spec Miata tire rule for waterford, 2013? I was planning to find the group buy program for Hoosiers (is there one this year?) but heard there was a Toyo double R tire being purchased by many. I'm only running at Waterford, so prefer to run a sticky but high mileage tire that gets me thro...
