I know it's just me, but the last thing I want is for the government to have my name on ANY list, one that only they think is important.

What are the current plans?
If cancelled, are there any thoughts of having one at a later date(and is there space in the calendar to do so)?

I would see Tom at Waterford Hills, as many of you did too. But I also remember him at earlier Detroit GP weekends, back when the F-1 people traveled the world like gypsies, likely to rely on "local" help for things.
I too will miss that friendly, helper to so many racers for all those years.

Not everyone was in a battle, some may have never left our shores, yet they all were important parts of the whole.

Bill, It's a new "green" track. It's going to change after it's been "conditioned", so I wouldn't expect there is a correct answer yet !

There are other things with dates on them that are not required by SCCA to replace/repair.
Be happy that's the case.
As Vaughan said, SFI is the ("new") name for this group from SEMA (and as I first knew them).

I can also cut .060" stainless.

I recently had to use Heil-coils on a 30+ year old F/Ford cylinder head. Easy to do and a positive, long term fix.
We use them and some thin-wall inserts for a number of race car fixes, often.

In before DeGaulle and out before the big parade, he didn't get much more then what you see in the picture before he left for the 12th Army's next engagement.
