Looking for Driver's Ed instructor

My grandson, who wants to race at Waterford Hills in the coming future, needs a Drivers Ed Instructor this summer. He will turn 16 in November. I was thinking since he will want to race at Waterford, would there, by any chance, be a driver or retired driver that could instruct him for his Driver's License in November.
