Visiting formula racers were on hand this weekend for a special GLC (Great Lakes Challenge) race. All participants in Saturday's event are pictured here. Rob Allaer, center front row, won this race.

Jay Pistana's #30 Trans Am literally blew up a clutch on the back straight during Sunday's qualifying race. Tom Janos' #24 Corvette was behind Jay and caught the explosion on video as well as a shower of metal chunks. Eye witness accounts saw a ball of fire erupt when the oil pan ruptured.
