Rental Seats?

Hi guys,
I'm looking for a team that I can get some seat time with. I'd like to get a rental seat and would like to know what teams have a spot available. I'm familiar with formula cars and can help put work into the cars as well. If I can work for the seat I'd prefer that, but if the price is reasonable/affordable for me, I can do that as well. Thanks and I hope to be racing with you guys sometime this year.
