Comp license and OTD

Postby The_Pipefather » Tue May 24, 2011 4:21 pm

Hi Guys,

I'd like to know if I can run an open wheel car in one of your OTDs. I do not have a comp license but do have previous racing experience (5 years of hillclimb, auto-x and karting).

Thanks Randy. My plans to do the school this year went haywire due to not finding a car in time, and other last-minute personal schedule issues.

The Mid-Ohio competition licensing school is the only one I can find in the area during this time of the year. Will WHRRI and/or your insurance honor this as an alternative to going through your school (which I plan on doing next year anyway)?

If the school is SCCA road racing accredited, upon Completion & passing said school, you could join OCSC,WHRRI,fill out all membership & license forms, submit them to me with a check covering all fees and be given a novice permit. If I'm in a good mood & bribed with the proper amount of BLUE LIGHT & CABO!!!!
