Just wanted to say thanks Andrew for all of the work on the site. I DO like the black background myself, just my .02 worth. But really, thanks for all of your time and effort you have put into this! :bigups:

well, it's not perfect, but the forums are usable now on the "Forums" tab. if you want to link directly to that tab, you can use this url:

http://www.waterfordhills.com/?t=forum

in the near future, the forums in e107 -- i.e., at http://www.waterfordhills.com/cms/phpBB3/ -- will go away. so update your bookmarks now with the link above.

please send any issues and/or complaints to me, unless they have to do with the color scheme. in that case, just contact Dave Lewis. :P

I can (and even will, if asked) get a lighter phpbb theme for people who don't the dark one.

hey Dave,
When you say "lighter", would you like something as light as the previous theme? i.e., white background, bright blues, etc? Or something half way there? Or?

If you want to, you can browse around http://www.phpbb3styles.net/db for ideas. Otherwise, just give me however much input you want to, and I'll try to put something together.

anyone who needs to contact me with issues (e.g., you can't login, d'oh!), please include your phpbb username. it'll help speed things along.

you love me? how sweet!

anyway, don't worry, this theme will survive (with some tweaks/fixes) coz I like it.

I'll have a few other theme choices up yet this week though.

First off the new site is Great. Second I'm with Dave, something lighter. It is very hard to read over the black. Colors other than white are not very legible. as this example shows.
