Team Effort Motorsports is offering our 1992 Mazda MX-3 RS for rent; this car was the class champion in ITC for the 2013 race season at here at Waterford. I bought it in December of 2012 and have since been developing the vehicle into what it is today. It has been raced for two seasons exclusively at Waterford with a total of nine weekends plus the 2012 Drivers school since I took ownership. To date the car has run a best time of 1:22.8 @ Waterford and can run consistent mid 1:23’s. My team and I campaigned the car for the entire 2013 season without a single DNF or on track incident and this car has proven to be as reliable as gravity and ridiculously easy on consumables. Current race weight in 2250 lbs. w/170lb driver. The car has a current SCCA logbook.

Chassis; 4 wheel independent w/ a McPherson struts/lower control arm up front and trailing arms at the rear with two lateral links per side (rear links enable toe adjustment).
14X6 Kosei K1TS wheels (9.6 lbs each) with half life 205/55 Khumo V710 tires (date code 01-11)
Toyo RA1 tires (rain setup) on factory 14X5.5 MX-3 Wheels
Six 205/55 Hankook C51 compound tires (good practice tires)

Completely new rear suspension in 2012; Mazdaspeed front upper shock mounts, rear trailing arms, and lateral links (same bushing material as MAZDASPEED Spec Miata engine/shock mounts).
WHITELINE 22mm Rear Swaybar and Polyurethane front control arm bushings (new in 2012)
Cobalt Racing brake pads w/ stainless steel rear lines (have spare rear lines and front lines to be installed) w/ new Front rotors on 6/13
