2004 Ford Explorer

My father-in-law bought it new, retired before he got it. We've been using it a little, couple road trips (including the Runoffs at VIR), but really don't need it. Would make a great Waterford tow vehicle.
It's a V6 all wheel drive XLT. 57,000 miles. Only exposed rust is on the steps. Has been in the snow a little, so there is rust underneath, but nothing near what most 20 year old Explorers have around here. 3.73 LS axle, rated to tow 5380 pounds. Tows a car on an open trailer just fine.
I'll probably put it on Facebook soon for $4500. Posting it here first. Hard to pin down a good number considering the miles and condition. It needs tires, could use fresh rotors (threw new pads on, rotors aren't cleaning up) and parking brake shoes.
