WHRRI Forum Accounts

the number of bogus account requests right now has become a little crazy. it's easily 25 to 1 bogus vs real. most requests are from eastern europe, and appear to be from a botnet of some sort. I have already blocked these new accounts from posting until they get manually approved, but just reviewing them all has become a real time suck at this point. so I'm turning off the board's "sign up" functionality.

if you are a human being and have any interest at all in Waterford Hills, we do want you here!

I will gladly create accounts for anyone meeting those simple criteria. just send an email to admin@waterfordhills.com with your preferred username, and give me some idea of why you want an account. I don't need any lengthy justifications -- just show me that you aren't part of a botnet...

sorry for the additional hassle.

without a forum account, you can still browse and read most of the content here in the whrri phpbb forums. but in order to post your own topic or replies, you need to (have and account and) be logged in.

since you successfully asked the question, you already have an account...

PMs stick around in your outbox until they've been viewed by the recipient. perhaps/hopefully that explains it.
