Looking for Taurus SHO expert for PPI

Looking for a friend. Need a pre purchase inspection on a 1994 Ford Taurus SHO Manual transmission in the Detroit area. Could either be a mechanic familiar with the vehicle or an enthusiast with an idea of maintenance needs who can assess a vehicle. For clarity this would be the 3.0 L V6.
