I bought this B18B1 (i.e., non-vtec) engine a few years back for a project that never materialized. I have new pistons (wiseco) and rods (eagle) as well if you're interested (at additional cost). I can deliver it in or near Ann Arbor, or I can bring it to a race weekend this season.

I've just finished overhauling the website to use a new version of bootstrap (a web ui framework). shouldn't be any changes, but please let me know if you find anything out of whack. I'll address stuff as it comes to my attention.

doh, I should've posted. it was user error on my part. let's not go into details... let's leave it at "was just me being dumb".

dead, as in no lights on dash, no crank, no nothing. like the battery was disconnected.

charged the battery. no dice.

replaced the main 80amp fuse in the engine bay. no dice.

what's next? I mean, we can take it to a real shop where I'm sure it'll get fixed. but what else can a pretender like me do?

mine got rear-ended on my way home on sunday. it'll go to the scrap yard this weekend. replacing it with a new one is ~$10k. sure would like to find something used...
